Shipping and Order Information

We ship USPS and FedEx Ground. Shipping rates are as follows:

Under $10	$2.50
$10.01 - $50	$5.00
$50.01-$100	$10.00
Over $100	Free

All orders placed before 3 pm PST will be shipped the same business day unless notified otherwise. If orders are placed on a weekend or holiday, they will be shipped the next business day.

All FedEx Ground orders to the contiguous US are upgraded to 3 business day
shipping at no additional charge.

Every product shown on our website is currently in stock and can be shipped today
unless noted.

If you'd like your package shipped on a certain date or a certain way, just let us know,
we are happy to fulfill your request!

Order Cancellation Fee

We charge a $5 fee for any canceled orders after the order has been processed.

Return Policy

We hope all of our customers are 100% satisfied. We have a 30-day return policy on items you are not satisfied with. Refunds will be issued once items are returned to us. Refunds will not be given for shipping & handling charges. A 20% restocking fee is
charged for returns. Sale items and cut yardage may not be returned. Due to copyright
laws, patterns and books may not be returned. All returns must be in original condition
and packaging and they must not have a smoke odor to them. Returns that have a
smoke odor will not be refunded. Block of the Month and club membership fees are
non-refundable

Sales Tax

Orders placed from within the state of Washington will have 9.3% sales tax added.
International orders (outside the US) may be subject to customs duties and tax

Payment Options

For those of you who prefer to purchase offline, we'll also gladly process your order by mail, phone, or fax using Visa or Mastercard. When you complete your order in the store, just choose the "fax" or "mail" payment option to print out an invoice to fax or mail in with your payment. We do not accept checks. You can also print an order form so you can manually complete your order or click here to print out our manual order form to mail or fax.
